Affiliates policy

NumberC affiliate program is a marketing arrangement where a NumberC rewards individuals, known as affiliates, for promoting its products or services and driving sales or leads through their marketing efforts. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for participation in NumberC affiliate program. By applying to the program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old. Your activity must comply at all times with laws, rules, and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership to anyone at any time for any reason.

Affiliates Responsibilities

• Affiliate shall make the advertisement and publicity in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait, free of inappropriate language or contents, and/or any content promoting bigotry, racism, or discrimination.
• Affiliates shall also abide by the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of all the platforms used by affiliates to market the products or services.
• Affiliate shall ensure that any interaction with people in relation with the marketing, whether as comments, icons, posts or otherwise, shall be in accordance with the law, free of slander, inappropriate language and/or any content promoting bigotry, racism, or discrimination.
• Affiliate shall be solely responsible for the promotional activities performed by affiliate and any consequence or liability arising thereof.
• Affiliates shall not knowingly permit other persons to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with their participation. Additionally, affiliates shall not undermine NumberC brand image, reputation and/or compromise the trust of our customers while performing the promotional activities.
• Affiliates shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify Skills United for General Trading Company (owner of NumberC brand), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, their partners, managers and officers against any and all claims, damages, losses and/or any other liability arising in any way from Affiliate’s infringement of the law in promoting the products or services.
• Affiliates is an independent contractor. Affiliates acknowledge and agree that they are a self-employed individual, who performs services similar to the services outlined in this program.

Program Structure

Our affiliate program offers variable payout schemes for referred sales. Affiliates will receive a commission on each qualifying sale generated through their unique affiliate link.

The commission structure, including the percentage or amount paid per sale, will be outlined in the affiliate agreement. Commissions will only be paid on qualifying sales as defined in the agreement.

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis and will be facilitated using the payment method outlined in the affiliate agreement. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by us, including but not limited to commission rates, conversion rates, and performance statistics.

Changes to the Program or Policy

NumberC reserves the right to modify the affiliate program or this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination of Agreement

NumberC reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for any reason. If an affiliate is found to be in violation of this policy, commissions may be forfeited, and the affiliate relationship terminated.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait and the courts in Kuwait shall observe any dispute arising thereof. By applying to our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
