What are the rules of the program?

The Glowing Rewards Program is available to anyone over the age of 18.
When do my benefits begin?

From the moment you join, you can start enjoying the benefits and rewards of the Glowing Program. As your membership status advances, you'll unlock and have access to greater rewards and benefits.

Earning

How do I earn points online?

To earn points, make sure to be logged in during the purchase process, and your points will be added to your account automatically.
How are points calculated?

Members earn points for every KD spent on qualifying purchases:
- Rise: KD 1 = 2 points.
- Glow: KD 1 = 4 points.
- Shine: KD 1 = 6 points.
How long are points valid for?

Points earned on purchases are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
What happens to my points when I return an item?

Your earned points on that item will be deducted from your points balance.
How do I know if I have points expiring?

Two email reminders will be sent 30 and 3 days prior to your points expirations. Keep your email updated in your account to get notified.
Can I earn points on discounted products / special offers?

Yes, you will earn points for the discounted amount paid.
Can I earn points on delivery charges?

Delivery Charges are not eligible for points
When do I receive the referral reward?

Spread the word to friends with a referral link. They get a 2KD Off coupon, and when they make a purchase, you earn 200 points.

An email will be sent to notify you of the reward being added to your balance as soon as your referral friend makes a purchase.

Redeeming

How do I redeem my points online?

To redeem your points, please follow these steps before paying for your cart on our platform:

- Sign in to your Glowing Rewards account.
- Click on "Ways to Redeem" within the Reward Launcher.
- Select the amount of points you desire to redeem.
- You will receive a personalized code, press “Apply Code” during the checkout process.
Please keep in mind that only one code can be applied per transaction.
- The total payment amount will be reduced by the value of the points you allocate to the purchase.
How do I redeem my points in-store?

At the time being, earning and redeeming are only available on our website and mobile app. It will soon also be connected to our stores, stay tuned!
Can I share my points with a family member or friend?

Points cannot be transferred or shared.
Can I use my points with other discounts and special offers?

While you can earn points on discounted or special offer items, you won't be able to redeem points on top of the discount already applied.
What happens if I return something I bought using points redemption?

If you use your reward points to buy an item and then request to return it, the case will be reviewed and processed according to our Return & Refund policies.
Make sure you email us on crm@numberc.com as soon as the refund is made, to reinstate your points return request (as applicable) within 48-72 working hours.
