Delivery Process

My order has been placed, what next?

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent that lets you track your order status. Once the courier picks up your order, we'll notify you via Email/WhatsApp.
How long does it take to receive my order?

For Orders inside Kuwait:

- Same Day Delivery: Receive your orders anytime between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Express Delivery: Swift delivery within 2-3 hours.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
What do I have to present at the time of delivery?

At the time of delivery, you may need to present a valid ID or driver’s license, or the order invoice.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team at +965-22281187 for assistance.
What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

If you're unavailable to receive the delivery, we'll reach out the next day to arrange a new delivery time. We'll make two weeks of attempts to contact you. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?

If your package is lost or damaged during delivery, please immediately contact our customer support team at +965-22281187 for assistance.

How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as you can. Additional delivery charges may apply if the change is made after your order has been fulfilled.

What are the countries supported for delivery?

Delivery services are available in Kuwait.

Shipping and Charges

What are the available delivery methods and prices?
For orders inside Kuwait there are two methods for delivery:

1- Regular Delivery (1.5KD): Receive your orders anytime between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
2- Express Delivery (2.5KD): Swift delivery within 2-3 hours.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
