We hope you love your order - but if it doesn't meet your expectations, we’ve made it easy to make a return.
For KUWAIT:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return (pickup/restocking) is free of charge.
To be eligible for an online return, your purchase must be made online, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Some items may not be eligible for return in certain cases:
- Fragrances (including Home Fragrance).
- Personalized Items (Custom Items).
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item while the original item will be refunded back to you.
Physical Return / Exchange:
If you made your purchase from our store and would love to make a return / exchange, please print your invoice, and visit the store where you made the purchase from.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

While return requests can be initiated within 14 days, please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, and these costs are non-refundable. The item should be shipped back to our warehouse in Kuwait. Restocking fees do not apply.
